Product Description

The 13 mm Seachem Glass Inline Diffuser is placed externally along your filter’s outflow hose, allowing CO₂ to dissolve rapidly into the water column before returning to the aquarium. This setup removes the need for in-tank diffusers, making CO₂ injection almost invisible while improving efficiency.

This inline method ensures:

• Faster CO₂ dissolution
• More consistent injection rates
• Reduced CO₂ loss or overdosing
• A cleaner, simplified aquascape layout

Compatible with 12/16 mm filter hoses and standard 6 mm airline tubing.

Directions

1. Rinse glassware with warm water before use.
2. Cut your 12/16 mm filter hose to position the diffuser vertically next to the aquarium.
3. Attach the hose so the diffuser disc faces upward toward the outflow.
4. Add suction cups and connect 6 mm airline tubing to the CO₂ input.
5. Install a check valve (not included) on the CO₂ line.
6. Wet the inside of the hose/tubing and slide onto the glass—never use lubricants.
7. To remove tubing, cut it rather than pulling to avoid breakage.
8. Mount the diffuser using suction cups, ensuring vertical placement.
9. Turn on the filter and confirm water flow without leaks.
10. Activate CO₂ and adjust the bubble rate with your bubble counter (not included).
