Iodine & Fluorine Supplement for Reef Aquariums

Aquaforest Component C is designed for complementing minor deficiencies of iodine and fluorine in a marine aquarium. Skimmer and filtration media tend to remove trace elements from the water of closed aquarium systems, making micronutrient supplementation necessary.

In marine aquariums, iodine is responsible for general cell function and nutrient transfer, while fluorine supports skeletal tissue development and plays a vital role in the calcification process.

Enhance Coral Colouration and Health

Component C strengthens the coloration of hard corals, significantly enhancing the intensity of blue and violet hues, and also emphasizes the white coloration of SPS corals. It is carefully formulated to mirror the natural seawater balance, promoting optimal coral health and colour.

The safe concentration of this preparation minimizes the risk of micronutrient overdose, making it ideal even for beginner aquarists.

Recommended Dosage

• In mixed-reef aquariums: 5 ml per 100 l of water once a week

• Dosage can be adjusted to calcium consumption: 1 ml per 20 ppm/100 l

• For aquariums run using the Balling method: 20 ml per 1 l KH Buffer solution

• Maintain a 5-minute interval between dosing Components A, B, and C

• Do not mix or store components in one container
